Eligibility
Who this program is for
CPST supports adults, adolescents, and children in Ohio who benefit from community-based behavioral health services. Eligibility is based on clinical need rather than diagnosis alone.
Eligibility is determined through a brief assessment with one of our clinicians.
You may qualify if
- Ohio resident of any age
- A diagnosed mental health condition or significant functional impairment
- Need for support with daily living, social, or community functioning
- Working toward recovery and community integration goals
- Medicaid or eligible insurance coverage
